Profiles contains access to your sign in, records, Trophies and account help.
You can easily and conveniently access your account number and contact support from your device by tapping the “Get Help” button, then tap “copy account”, and then “contact support” to go to our support page.
- Once there, you’ll want to tap “submit request” and copy and paste your account # into the “in-game ID” field.
