You must score Perfect on every hole in a course in one play through to earn a Perfect Course score and get the Perfect medal.
Your course name or “title” will also turn from white to gold to indicate you got Perfect for the course.
CAUTION: If you exit the course before scoring Perfect on every hole, you will have to start over!
